We do accept refunds and exchanges however goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received. Unless an initial mistake was made on our part, the customer will be liable for the cost of the returned parcel.
Customer must inform us (by email: sales@africanqueenfabrics.com or by phone or by fax within 3 days of receipt if the product does not meet with his/her expectations. Merchandise must be shipped back to us, via a carrier that provides real-time tracking of shipments.
In order to qualify for exchange, replacement, or credit, merchandise must be received by us within 7 days of purchase.
Customers must receive authorization from African Queen Fabrics Ltd. before any materials are returned for replacement, exchange or credit.
If the fabric you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know how long it will be before you receive the next shipment, and you may decide to make other selections, wait or cancel the order.
We want to make your shopping experience at African Queen Fabrics Ltd. as easy as possible, however, as already stated above, we will not refund:
International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive, please note we are not responsible for these charges.
Goods are normally delivered within 5 working days of an order being placed and the transaction being successfully processed, however on many previous occasions have arrived sooner.
Shipping charges will be reflected in the "View cart" section of the website after you select your delivery address.
All the Products are subject to the availability at the time of the order. African Queen Fabrics Ltd. reserves the right to vary at any time the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on the Site. The Customer will be informed if the Product requested is not available.
African Queen Fabrics Ltd. uses its best endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a Product shall occur, African Queeen Fabrics Ltd. will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If African Queen Fabrics Ltd. is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.
